Here's the brief.
Updated yesterday by Maya.
What we did
Site diaries now go from the foreman's phone straight into the weekly schedule.
The detail
We tried it with two crews at the Millbrook site this week. Photos and delivery notes attach to the day's entry, and the schedule picks them up overnight. Next come the subcontractor sign-offs.
All updates
Next: Dual-run with the site teams, Wednesday 14 Oct.
